To offer to those interested, sessions on the practice of bhakti yoga with view to enable peace of mind and an understanding of the ancient eastern wisdom to help one lead a perfect, peaceful and harmonious life in today’s chaotic urban world. The practice of bhakti yoga is distinctly different from that of the yoga and meditation practiced popularly in society. These sessions involves sacred chants accompanied with relaxing music (called kirtan) and some introduction to ancient Vedic literature to explore life’s big questions from a holistic mind, body and spirit perspective.
